This contract legally hold you accountable and responsible once reviewed and signed. Please read the following carefully.

LovelyPets allows the adopter to adopt a pet for ______ (Price may vary on pet and will be discussed before signing the adoption terms and agreements).

The person who adopts this pet is to provide a suitable home for the animals in which they are adopting. This means providing proper food, water, exercise, shelter, veterinary care, love, and affection as well as abiding by all state and local animal ordinances and anti-cruelty laws.

The person purchasing and adopting this animal agrees and acknowledges that the adopted animal will be treated humanely; the animal will not be use for any inhumane purpose; the animal will not be used in any experimental purpose; the animal will not be used for food; the animal will not be subjected to any cosmetic surgery - including but not limited to, ear cropping, tail docking, and decline. The animal will not be use for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to dogfighting, etc.;

 The adopter agrees that for any reason they cannot keep the animal they will bring back the animal - No refunds may be given if animals give them back into our care. 

The person purchasing in adopting must be 18 years of age  and older. The adopter agrees and acknowledges that the adopted and purchased animal is not being a top Ted for anyone other than the adopter in the adopters immediate family and would share the same dwelling, and that the adopter is and will continue to be responsible for the adopted animal. 

The person who is adopting this animal  acknowledges and  agrees to give adopted animal proper medical treatment and agrees to consult a license veterinarian at least annually during the life of the adopt an animal to ensure full preventative care for the animal. 

The doctor agrees to assume financial responsibility for all veterinary care including diagnosis and treatment of undiagnosed conditions as well as annual veterinary care for any and all conditions including but not limited to heartworm preventative, flea preventative, and vaccinations. 

The adopter agrees and understand that animals are different from human beings and their responses to human actions, that the actions of animals are often very unpredictable; that animals should be closely supervised when they are with children; that an animal behavior may change after being adopted from LovelyPets  and    becomes accustomed     to a home or other environment.

The person adopting this Pedegree that there will be a 14 day trial. And if the adoption is not successful during this 14 day. The adopter is given the option to return the animal into our care and is allowed to use the money they initially paid towards a store/adoption credit. No refunds on pets and only one exchange is permitted per adoption. 

The adopter here by releases and discharges LovelyPets and its employees from any liability whatsoever resulting from any I injury or damage to any person or property caused by said animal, and from any causes of action, claims, suits, or demands that may arise as a result of injury caused by or to said animal.

The person purchasing in adopting this pet here by waves any causes of action, claims, suits, or demands that adapter, or his or her  HEIRS , executors or    ASSIGNS     have or may use against LovelyPets, its offices, and employees for any reason whatsoever  related to    the adoption of the adopt an animal.

Dr. acknowledges and takes on full responsibility for acquiring the appropriate medical documents if adopted animal will be traveling over state lines or out of the country.

Holy pets is not responsible for any specific medical requirements pertaining to an adopted and purchased animal who will be traveling into another state or countr
